Hello all you bloggers out there and my readers (if you are there), welcome back to my blog! This past month we have ventured out to many different things. So lets hop to it...
This past month Dan has done a lot of school work and so have I. Dan is always reading a book for school and doing so many papers almost everyday. Some days I think that by the end of grad school he will turn into a sheet of paper or a printer because he writes so many of them constantly. Dan goes to school Monday through Thursday and gets Fridays off which is nice for me and Remy so that he can spend time with us instead of time with school. Lucky for us though Dan's school is really really close so close that I drive him to school in the mornings and he walks home when he is done. It is only about a mile and a half away so it only takes him about a half hour to get home from school. Dan got some new school clothes for school so that he can look and feel the part of is future career. Everyday he wears business casual or a suit. On Thursdays he always wears a suit due to the fact that potential employers could be visiting his class that day. The school St.Louis University has many different campuses and some have really cool artwork around the buildings.
I started my online classes this semester and boy is it hard and different. Before leaving Idaho I knew I only had about 2 semesters left of school so instead of transferring and losing some of my credits I decided to take the rest online. I knew it would be hard but a lot of my work is really busy work and it really bothers me because I have Remy and a job as well. It is really annoying when I am doing my online classes and emailing with my teacher and she tells me to check my spelling when I email, which I do, but she will respond back to me with something like this " Jesse you need chek spelling once sending" its all really annoying. Now I know I am a horrible speller but at least i do not tell a student to check spelling and then in return never spell correctly or leave out words when responding back to her emails. Anyways I went back to work this month and now work once again at the "Y". I have worked there many times before and loved it so applying there was nothing. I work at 2 different after school and morning school programs. When I go to work Dan becomes a stay at home dad. He does pretty good and gets better with Remy each day. He always tells me that its like Remy knows that I have left because every time i leave Remy screams his head off. It makes me feel loved but at the same time I feel bad for Dan every time it happens.
On a side note Dan,Remy and I went to the Budweiser factory for a tour. The offer free tours to the public. It was really neat to see and go through. We got to learn how to make beer and what they use to make beer. ( useless information for us as we do not drink). It was really informational and a fun thing to do on labor day weekend.
Remington just turned 3 months old yesterday and it is sad to see him get bigger but it is also fun to see him grow and learn new things. This past month he has fallen in love with touching his toes and talking to anyone and everyone he can. Something else that he has started to do is grab, and when I mean grab I mean my hair! My hair is not super long but when he gets a hold of it he grabs it and holds tight. Sometimes he will grab my shirt and pull the crap out of it. Im sure all my nice and even then t-shirts I love will eventually have a huge scoop neck once he is done with that stage. So if any one wants one of those scoop neck shirts, send them my way and it will get the stamp of approval by Remy. He is such a good baby and so fun to love. He got a frog type blanket at his baby shower from a friend and he just loves it, so far that is his favorite toy to date.
Lexy! We never forget about her. She is doing well and is always wanting more and more snuggles these days. Whenever Remy is sleeping she is the first one to my side to snuggle and get all the attention. Lexy is as always doing better with Remy little by little. She still I don't think is quite sure what he is but just knows that he has not left yet. Lexy has been getting lots of extra attention lately due to I am a sucker for her puppy eyes every time I leave to pick up Dan or drop him off she will be coming for the ride. Dan and I have been running a lot lately and I bring the running stroller I got, and Lexy in hand. It is tough sometimes when running with both Remy in the stroller and Lexy on the side but if we go to a certain park she does really well.
Well as always I ramble a lot and you have to deal with it! So have a great month, day, week, night etc. and remember the buzzy B's will be back again next month! One more thing to say
HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DAD AND SISTER THIS MONTH!!!!!!!!

Remington is getting old to fast
Welcome back readers! Not only is it time for an update but a lot of things have been happening this past month and lots to talk about....
This past month a lot has gone on. We have been from Idaho to St.Louis to North Carolina. We have visited many places in the process of our move to St.Louis and it has been an adventure. We stopped in a couple of different states and visited a couple of cool places a long the way for example we stopped and saw, Mount Rushmore, The center of the nation in South Dakota, and we stopped by old faithful. All these places were cool to see along the way to our new home in St. Louis. The drive was long and it was a journey for sure but we got here and we are safe. Our new home/apartment has character and a story to tell. We were told that it is over a 100 years old! So the stories these walls must tell are something of a fun factor in our new place. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we have almost finished unpacking all our boxes with tons of space to fill. I can't wait to see what it will look like with everything put away and it furnished but it will be great to see our progress here as we venture for Dan's Grad school which starts next week.I know I am just talking all over the place right now but I always have so many things to say and just kind of spit them all out as I type. On our drive out Remy did great he got cranky every once in a while but I was able to keep him happy by sitting next to him in the back seat. Well enough about that, let me update you on me for just a moment. I start my first online semester for ISU next week and I am nervous because I have done one online class before and it did not turn out well. Hopefully I can keep up with my online classes due to the fact I am almost done and I could not be happier that I am almost finished for the time being. We got to go home for some much needed vacation for the both of us and I got to see my family which i really needed. My family is doing well my mom is a strong as ever and my brother Matt and his wife Sam just had their baby boy Logan Jet and they had it the day before we left so we were lucky enough to meet him before we left to come back to St.Louis. I was also able to have my other brother Brandon and Brooke his wife come down for Remy's blessing which I was soooo happy for. Well thats about it about me.

Dan starts school next week and I could not be more excited for him! I know we moved here for his school and I would not have it any other way. He will do great! Dan this past month has been pretty dang great in my mind, he has driven the entire move and to NC he also has helped a ton with unpacking the apartment and with the moving pod he unpacked it with people from our church quick and with no complaining. Im pretty sure that he is just excited as I am for him to start school. I dropped him off today for orientation and the school looks amazing it feels so right for us to be here and for him to go to this school. I love the way he wants to improve himself for school, for his future job, for us, and for himself. It is amazing to see him grow each year with everything.
Remy! I love this kid! He is so great at being him, he turned 2 months today and he is just the cutest kid I have ever seen. New this month is he loves to smile, he loves to move and be with us. While in NC we went to our church and did Remy's blessing back home and it was so amazing. If we don't hang out with him for about 20 minutes due to cooking, or cleaning he cries because he just wants some love and attention which who doesn't love some of that. Dan tells him all the time he can not grow any teeth because he loves his gummy smiles. Remy is growing up so quickly and I can not stop it, its crazy that people say they grow up fast and you do not see that until it happens to you. I just look at him and think he was just born! I thought he was tiny but my brother just had a baby and I see how big Remy actually is! Just stop growing Remy!!!!

Lexy is too sweet the other day she cuddled up to Remington and I loved it so much I made Dan take a photo which I going to print out and put in Remy's room. Lexy is a great travel dog she just hangs out and wants to sleep. She never really complains as how would a dog really do that. When we got to NC she knew exactly where we were it was crazy after about 3 years she still remembers my parents house. We walked into my house and those who know Lexy knows she is very shy. But no she ran right to my dad and started whimpering it was soo cute. When we got back to the house here in St.louis you could tell she missed NC and she still does.
Well thats all for now, until next time

One Month Old
Hey all you blog readers out there its that time again the time were I help you waste a little bit of your time. Some rambles will occur in this blog so be prepared. So lets get to blog'n.
Well this past month has gone by in a wink or as some say in a flash. Remy has turned one month old and I feel like it was just yesterday that he was born and I was in the hospital holding him for the first time. They say your kids grow up right before your eyes and it is true they do. I did not think it was true until this month flew on by and Remy has grown a little bigger and becoming more of a person everyday. Being a mom is a lot of work but has a lot of rewards. The rewards are more than I could have imaged things like, seeing you baby smile, watching him grow a little each day, and even laughing at his poop faces etc. all of these things make waking up at night with him worth wild. (even on the days I wanna kill someone)This past month I have learned something new about being a mom each day and what my mom went through with me. I thank heavenly father each day that I had the mom I did because of all the things she must have put up with me growing up and the things I do know she had to go through with me. This past month I have been preparing for our move by packing a little each day and it is weird to see all our stuff become less and less in our apartment. Since we are moving across country again I have been selling some of our furniture so that we don't have as much to move and also so that I can get so more reliable furniture that will last us more or less a lifetime. So as these things are selling little by little our nice apartment is getting more and more empty and it is just weird. Leaving Idaho will really be more or less a bitter-sweet for us as a family. We started our family here and we got to know more of some of my extended family. Another thing I will miss about this place besides my extended family (i.e. grandparents, cousins etc.) is the amazing scenery and beauty that is Idaho. But as we move to our next adventure we will be able to learn more things about new places and make new friends as we leave ones behind. Making friends is always hard but when we do we hate leaving them. We have made some great friends here and it will stink not to be able to see them again for a long time, but we hope to stay in touch with those we have met and maybe one day see them again.
Remington as we like to often call him Remy has been doing well. He sleeps most of the night with only waking up 1-2 times max. He loves to smile and lay on the floor on his blankets making sounds and listening to Jason Derulo with his dad. Remy really enjoys tummy time whether it is on daddy's chest (which he likes best) or on the floor to where almost every time I catch him falling asleep like that. I sometimes catch some smiles here and there and I love his gummy smiles they make my day. He is getting to know his sister Lexy a little more each day as we try to get her to keep warming up to him. Remy is growing each day and is getting so big we can't seem to make it stop. We have enjoyed having him in our lives each day and can't wait to keep watching him grow into the man we hope he does. Remy is so loved by his father and me and of course lexy who likes to kiss his legs. One of Remy's favorite things is when I sing him his song that I made up. "My name is Remy, Yay, my name is Remy.. R for Rockin, E for excellent, M for masculine, Y for you wish your name was Remy!" and it goes on and on. With that song I move his arms and play with his hands. It is our little song for him and I like to sing it to him everyday. Love that boy....
Dan "daddy B" will be graduating this Wednesday and I could not be any more prouder of him this week as he will get his diploma and move onto his next adventure of school at St.Louis. Remy may be small but I know he thinks his dad is the coolest, smartest, and most amazing dad to be finishing school and going onto better things to further his career and provide for our family. Dan has worked very hard this semester and never stops working so hard for us. They say that when you have a child your love grows stronger for your spouse, let me tell you first hand it does. Ever since Remy was born I have grown to love this man more than I thought my heart could give but it keeps giving love to him each and everyday with this boy in our lives. From the moment he has held Remy to the moments I hear him tell him he loves him, it melts my heart with joy and warms my soul. Dan and I are always learning how to be parents and teaching each other how to do things. Dan does such a good job with our boy.
Lexy, we can never forget Lexy! She is doing a little better each day with Remy, still isn't sure about him but we always try to make her feel included by giving her love, snuggles and as we like to call doggie hugs. I think that Lexy still does not know what to think about Remy but I know as Remy grows that Lexy will grow to love him too. Lexy still loves to sleep all day and snuggle all day. She has stopped sleeping in our bed since Remy has been born which is sad but in the mornings she comes into bed and snuggles till the morning sun comes up. The other day Lexy had a bad dream, I always wonder what she is dreaming about each time due to the fact that she will squeal and do little barks each time it is quite funny.

Remington
Welcome back readers to another addition of the Buzzy B's and our adventures. This months biggest adventure if you have not heard or seen yet is our son was born this past friday on June 20,2014 at 3:30pm. Before I get into anything lets start off the blog shall we. (For warn this could get mushy)
This month has been crazy busy with work and more work along with being prego it has its perks. While I was prego I worked at pizza hut I would typically cook or be a server which was great. As a server being prego is amazing people tend to tip me more than my other co-workers which made all the female co-workers say they wish they were prego to. People would always ask me day in and day out at work if I was ready to pop or when I was due. I did not mind the very frequent questions from complete strangers all the time but it would have been nice if maybe they would have asked me how I was doing instead of the typical when are you due, what are you having, or have you picked a name ( which was my favorite question because I would always say yes but we are not telling people to which they would ask anyways.... sarcasm in my voice here. In the last couple of weeks of work I was hoping from all the walking around at work it would help me go into labor but no such luck happened to me. I worked past my due date and people were always surprised but to them I would say I'm not doing anything so I might as well work anyways. I went to the doctor on monday and we set an induction date for friday the 20th of June at 7:00am. My friend Ariel also set her induction date the same day as well so we could support each other through the entire thing. Friday came and we went to the hospital I got induced and Remington Paul Brixius was born at 3:30pm. I only really pushed for about 30 minutes give or take. My friend Ariel and I had texted the entire time back and forth which for me helped pass the time better and help keep my mind off of things as well as support each other. My doctor Mrs.Huggins was amazing she is very encouraging and helpful during the entire process. It was something I will never forget. It has been a couple of days since Remy was born and it has been a journey. The days are good and the nights are long as he wakes up frequently but though the tire some nights are hard I would not trade this little guy for anything in the world.
Mr.B has been working hard and doing what he does best and that is being a great man in my life. This past week as Remy came into the world he has shown me that I can love someone more than I knew. During the entire pregnancy he has been my rock and right hand man for everything. When Friday came and we were at the hospital every time I had a contraction he was here holding my hand and letting me squeeze what he calls my thunder grip on his fingers. Dan was and has been amazing through this entire thing. Each time he could tell it hurt he just kept saying you got this or its almost over you can do it. It helped me so much. He is more than I could have asked for in a husband and now father to our little guy. Once Remy was born he just looked at me and said " i love you" and it is words like that, that make me know that the man I married was the man for me. Once Remy was born and we could hold him and love on him anytime that he had a dirty diaper he would get up and change his diaper without question. Every time I needed help to go to the bathroom he would help me. Every time the nurse asked him to do something he would do it. Mr.B is going to be a great father to Remy and a great role model to him on what a true gentlemen is. On another note, Mr.B has only a month left of school out here in Idaho and he is working his butt off to do well. He always does well in the end and I have faith in him that he will finish strong and that he will be ready for St. Louis.
Lexy, Lexy is doing great she is always a fun dog but sometimes she just isn't so bright. This past month she had to go to the doctor. Why, you ask? Well Lexy is something different she likes to eat the grass when we take her on walks and not listen to us when we tell her to stop. She likes to eat it so much that she at what is called a foxtail it is a type of weed. She ate one and the seed got stuck in the inside of her cheek where it got infected and had to be removed by the doctor. Her face got swollen and I felt so bad for her. When we picked her up from the doctor she was still drugged up from the doctor removing it from her face. She was so funny. She could not walk straight which made me laugh so hard I almost peed my pants. I had to even go back into the doctors to use their bathroom it was so funny. We brought her home and she was not allowed on anything because they said she would fall off. So we kept her in her kennel the entire day. We also had to give her a bath because she smelled sooooooo bad that I wanted to vomit. While I gave her a bath Dan had to help me because if I barley touched her she would just about fall over. She is right as rain now but we keep her on a very very short leash because of it now. So those of you who have dogs be aware of foxtail's because they suck for your dog. Lexy and Remy, well they are getting to know each other slowly but surely. Lexy does better each day and is always loved if one of us has Remy then the other has Lexy. She follows us around when we are with Remy and sits next to me (Mrs.B) while I am feeding him and or holding him. She and Remy will be best friends I just know it.
Well that is all for now I hope you enjoyed our update on Mr. & Mrs. Buzzy B. Until next time you, keep your dogs close and your husbands loved :)
P.S. There is nothing better then to see your husband love your son and watch them bond from the other room. It is just priceless....

Anniversary, Mothers Day, Pregancy and more
Well its that time of month again where I bore you with my words on a website that you decided to go visit sorry for the disappointment but there will be no love for you here hahah just kidding. Thanks for visiting today and reading my blog to pass the time.
This month there are a lot of new things going on. For instance this week I will hit being 35 weeks preggers and it is crazy that I will only have 5 weeks left after that depending on if the little guy decides to show up late or early. Many people have asked me lots of questions since I have been pregnant. Here are some questions that you may be wondering. Do you have any cravings? No I have not had any cravings but I wish I did as I almost always never know what I want to eat. Did you get morning sickness? No I was super lucky to not have any morning sickness nor did I ever throw up or upchuck as I like to call it. Is it a boy or a girl? It is a boy and we are so excited to have a boy because that is what we hoped for and not just that but he will be the first grandson on both sides of the family. Do you have a name for him yet? We have two names picked out but are not telling anyone due to the fact we do not want to be influenced by anyone nor do we really want peoples opinions on what they think of the names. Does he kick or move at all? To that I will answer it with another question? When does he not. He is a very active little guy and never stops moving or kicking me all day/ everyday. Are you nervous about having a baby? Yes/No I am because what if he doesn't love me or I do something wrong. But I am not nervous because I know that somehow he will always love me and Dan no matter what. So the more I feel at ease with it the more I feel fine with it. I do not want to expect something and then it not happen another way and be disappointed so I figure the more I stay neutral the more I think it will help in the end. Do you have any stretch marks? I do not have any as of now but I owe that all to the coco butter I put on my body everyday. I do expect to see some here and there after I give labor. For now that is all I can think of with questions I typically get while I have been pregnant. Oh one more thing I do not take many belly photos or bump photos as some call it because I am weird and not that kind of person, plus I do not like the way I look as do most women of course while being pregnant.

Mothers Day is today and I as always give a shout out to all the mothers out there who have given birth, adopted, or influenced anyone in anyway as a mother. I respect you and it is hard work as I know I will come to find out here in the next month. My mom is a great mom she taught me so much as a child and even now. She is the strongest women I know and she never gave up on me when I was angry with her and when we did not get along. My mom has been with me through all my heart aches and emotional up and downs. During my teenage years I was not very nice to my mother and she never stopped loving me even with the jerk of a person I was and I truly admire her for that. I wish that I could be half the mother she has been for me that I will be for our kids. She truly is an inspiration to me and I am grateful for her. She has made me and shaped me into the person I am today. My mom is my mom and no one elses (besides my siblings),boy am I lucky. Everytime I go and see my grandparents (her parents) they tell me how amazing of a mother I have and I always agree. I wish I could be with her today and show her how much I love her. But a phone call today will have to do because we are so far apart. I love you mom and will always be forever grateful for all you do and did.
Anniversary!!!! It is two years ago tomorrow that I married the man of my dreams and my best friend. He has put up with all my shenanigans through the years and even before we were married. I am his biggest fan and he is the love of my life and an amazing supporter of mine. We have had many ups and downs but always pull through knowing that no matter what our love is better then any trail we are given. I know that we have so many years to come but I can not wait to keep spending those years with him. He is the love of my life! I can always be myself around him and I can't not love that we are both two big kids at heart and never let that go. Dan has helped me through some really tough times in my life from being let go of a job, to personal issues, and many more that I can never repay him for always making me feel special each and everyday. Our adventures never end but are always beginning. I can't wait for our little guy to get here so that he can see what a great father he already has and a great man he has to look up to.
Lexy is always needed for an update. She has been on a diet since last month and is doing great she started out at 22 pounds which for her dog size and type it is considered over weight. So we started the diet and she is down to 19.6 pounds!!! She looks so healthy and happy now that I love it. She may not be happy that we cut her food down a little but all in all she seems happier. I take her on more walks now due to the weather being some what hotter and she always is ready to go for a walk. I put on my shoes and workout type clothes and she jumps down from the bed and is chasing her tail waiting for her collar to a be put on. Some people have been asking me about her and having a baby if I am nervous or not. I am not nervous one bit for lexy and the baby due to the fact that we have friends who have kids and they are around lexy a good amount and it never seems to bother her. She has also been around newborn babies and does really well so I know she will be a great big sister to her little human brother.

Last but not least a short insert about Dan and I. My semester finally ended on Friday and boy am I happy it is finally over except for the fact that I now have to wait 2 weeks for my final grades to be entered into the system until I can check them and see how well I did. I have two semesters left and will complete my degree online by 2015! Which for some people they think whatever, but for me I think it is truly amazing. Dan did well his last semester and is already into his final semester at BYUI and is struggling right now with all his classes but I know he will pull out on top because he always does and he always thinks he wont but he does. Dan has been amazing through this whole pregnancy and has gone to every single appointment for the baby with me even when it is a 5 min. appointment. I love him for that.
Well I know this is a forever long post and I hope you stuck it out because it is over now. Have a great day and enjoy your mothers day. I know I sure did, Dan made me breakfast :)
Till the next update! (which will more then likely be with the baby)

Update that blog
Hey everyone I know it has been a good while since I wrote a blog post, sorry about that but I am not able to write it as much as I want to, in order to keep you on the up and ups of our life.
Dan is almost done with this semester of school and then he will only have one school semester left to go before he graduates and we will be off to grad school. Which are both exciting and scary at the same time. He is so ready for a new school and new area he just can't wait to be done and neither can I. Dan has been doing the comedy workshop still but is not in charge of it this semester which is okay it gives him time to work on other things in school like his big test next week which is the GRE he is nervous but he did fine on the first practice attempt so I know he will do just fine if not better because as I know and most of you that he is a smart and dedicated guy when it comes to school and studies. Dan has been working a lot and doing his studies a lot too which always seems to pay off in the end. He set up our babies pack and play the other week which was something fun to watch and help him do. We got a pack and play because we will not be here long enough to have a crib and then move a crib so we decided to just get a pack and play for now.

I have been trying to do well this semester as well but it is difficult to say because I have little to no homework all the time and can never tell where I am at in the class or where my grade is even at in the class so it always makes me nervous. I went to my advisor the other day to ask how much longer I have left until I get my associates, to my surprise she only said two more semesters! That definitely made me feel really good inside as I thought that I was no where close to getting it done and that I would be working on it for forever! So it was nice to hear I am close to something rather than nothing at all. I am doing well being prego only issue I have is heartburn all the time but I try to deal with it and of course feeling fat all the time is a problem I am sure all prego's deal with. I am always looking at other prego's and comparing how big they are to me or how much bigger I am to them. Prego problems are real people let me state that for you out the door. I forget things all the time, half the time I ask Dan where is my phone and I go looking for it all over the house to sit back down where I was 5 min. ago when I started looking only to find it sitting right next to me. It is always funny but always makes me feel really dumb each time but I do get a kick out of it. I am about 28 weeks prego on tuesday, I can't believe that I am that far along and I can't believe at the same time that it is taking forever and feels so far away. Back to school stuff in my american government class we have to do a group project with changing something in the government weather it is local or state wide. My group is trying to ban smoking in cars with children in the state of Idaho and it got picked up by the news! It was really exciting for my group and group mates.

Lexy is doing well and she is always snuggling with me or Dan always. She always wants to sniff the stuff we buy for the baby which I do not mind letting her so she can get used to this is the baby's and not yours. We think she will be just fine when the baby comes due to the fact that she has been around other babies a good amount. Her only issue would be her tail she has no idea how much power that thing has and or where it is swinging.
