It's an uphill battle

I'm back for more exciting stuff to tell you all... okay maybe it is not that exciting but it is stuff and you read it each week. So lets get started!

Well, I have had some hard times this past week. It has been a big uphill battle for me with a lot of struggles and trails with work and training. On Wednesday my training finally ended but not the way I wanted it to end but it ended. I came home to a very supportive husband and friends. My family and friends are great to help me get though all. I hope that we all understand that we have trails and that we can always turn to our friends,family, and the lord to help us through it all even when we feel like we can't. Anyways on to another note this past week was general conference for our church were our church leaders speak to us weather by television,radio,or the internet, and even by going to your local church to watch it if you prefer. There were some great talks and great quotes that were spoken this past weekend one that I really like was " Marriage is a gift from god" I really liked that because it goes to show you that if you treat your marriage like crap it will be crap! If you treat it with respect and love it will blossom like so. That's what I think at least. So this week we had done a lot of stuff sense I got home. Mr.B has been trying to get me back to my ole self as well as celebrate his birthday! He turned 25 this year and we went all out!


Mr.B, he is pretty great he has treated me so well trying to get me back to my ole self while at the same time allowing me to celebrate his birthday in my funk. This past week he turned 25! Mr.B, I and our Friends celebrated his birthday over the weekend with a decorated home, going out to eat, cookie cake made and decorated by Mrs.B, and gifts from family,friends and more. I think he came out on top pretty dang good if you ask me. This past week he also met with some people from a local radio station who wanted him on their radio station and he is going to be on it tonight at 9pm! It's pretty exciting. Mr.B also just got made the manager of his comedy club at school so that it can keep going through the next semester. All in all Mr.B is just doing amazing! I think one of his highlights this week was going to his mission reunion in Utah. I got to met a lot his old mission buddies and companions that he had. We really enjoyed ourselves, especially when we got to see his mission president.



Lexy, Ohhhh lexy she is pretty funny this week. Our neighbors have a puppy like I have mentioned before and she is not a very big social dog with a lot of other dogs. We tried to force her to play with Spud (the puppy), but she wasn't having it. She was so annoyed from us trying to get her to play with Spud that she growled and even snapped at Spud it was kinda funny. Our neighbors have really been loving on Lexy lately and I love it because it makes me feel that I know that she can give people comfort when they needed it and not just me.



One more thing, I know I have mentioned it before but I have finally gotten my girl scout cookies! A little girl in our apartment complex was selling them to Mr.B while I was on the phone with him one day and he ordered some for me I was so excited to find that they finally came.

We all have trails

Well its that time again to come visit the blog of blogs I know I say that a lot but you know in the back of your mind you are thinking hey, this girl has got a pretty cool blog and I just love to read it when she post her blog. Or maybe you are thinking this girl is weird but I just can't stop reading her blog for some reason and I do get that a lot and that is how I have friends they don't know why they are my friends but they stick around and find a place for me in their hearts or mind or somewhere?!? Let the rambling begin...

This week Mr.B has had another comedy show! It was a tough crowd and I was actually able to pretend to be a photographer and slip in with him before the show even started to get a good seat and sadly I took some photos and left them at home before I left for more training here in Boise. His jokes were good and the crowd was tough but he got some good laughs and he got some good advice. As promised Mr.B has given me the link to his first show from his comedy and I am going to give you the link. Do you want to watch it? Well you will have to read on before I give you the link. (evil laugh) This week Mr.B like always has been going to school and working a lot as well as going to the fire academy which he got some pretty sweet boots for if I may say so myself. I got to see his boots when I went home this past weekend and they are sick, in a good way. Well he and I got to hang out all week this week because, well just because we were able to which was nice because last week when I came home for the weekend he had to work all weekend even though it gave me time to study and what not. Mr.B is doing fantastic on his diet lately so well that he is getting complements left and right and I am having to fight of girls and guys left and right. But he is still serving with out me while I am gone at training and I don't know how he does it when I don't do as well.

I, Mrs.B am going through a lot right now at training were being happy is not okay and having to much fun is not okay either. So when you are a pissed off looking person it is not okay as well so you just can't when out here in training so to find a happy medium is a hard thing to do. I am trying daily to find it and it is something I still am trying to find with only 2 weeks left at training. This past week at training we went to the range and I did really really bad at first but slowly got better to were I was able to finally pass the test on the last chance that you could. I have really bad test anxiety and have been struggling really hard on all my test here at training and just study daily and don't understand why I cant do well when I study day in and day out. Who knows why we have trails,but they are there for us to figure things out we never know why we have them at first but we eventually know why we have them. I am almost done with this training out here two more weeks and it can not come any faster to me then it could for some of the other people her. But I feel like that old little kids book, the little engine that could " I think I can I think I can..." so with kind support from my husband and family back home and others I carry on and move forward to finish. This past weekend while I was home we got to spend time with our friends whose birthday was actually this past weekend we had burgers,which were pretty dang good. Beth's birthday was pretty fun we ate, opened gifts and went to Dan's comedy show and had some homemade cheesecake that her husband made. So all in all a good weekend when I went home.


Lexy has been super good from the reports from Mr.B,she keeps him warm and snugly for me and always is ready for a nap when he may or may not want one. I love the photos I get from home that he sends me to remind me of his love and support from them both trough the week. While I was home and packing after our Easter dinner she would not leave my side and started crying when I got done packing and was getting ready to leave. I love Lexy and how much she shows her affection towards me when I am around and when I need it most. Lexy is such a good dog who always shows you love when you need it and she is the best at it.

To much stress.....

Well its been a little over a week and I have not come in here to bore you yet have I?! No I haven't! Well it is that time again where I can tell you about my week and little about Mr.B's week if I can and maybe even Lexy. This one is going to be a short one for me because I have to much going one these next few weeks so bare with me as they may not be as exciting or maybe as adventures or funny as you wish they would be.

Mrs.B I think that is me. Well I have been super busy this week and last week I have been in a training program for work and will be at this training program for another 3 weeks away from home and away from Mr.B which makes the training program hard and hard to focus on. When I get stressed it's hard to go back to my little hotel looking of a room and not be able to go up to Mr.B and give him a big hug and a kiss and tell him how much of a hard time I am having understanding all this training and classwork. I talk to Mr.B daily but never get to see him often because they suggest that it is best not to go home on the first week due to the tests that you must take and all the pressure and stress you endure in the first week. Let me tell you, they were right. I did not go home but I am glad I did not there has been so much stress that even the stupidest things that I do wrong here makes me wanna tear up, break down and just go all out crazy out of frustration. There is so much stress you don't even know how to let it go. Sometimes you take a breather and you think it is going to help but it does not. Any way I am meeting a lot of people at this training and a lot of people are funny in their shapes, sizes and humor. One of the guys our here his name is Miller and he is pretty dang funny about telling stories and how he can drag them out and make them more funnier then they sound and crack up the entire table to where all of us want to shot chocolate milk out of our nose. Some people are just so darn smart that your like where do I fit in besides being fit??? Its crazy the difference of amount of people we have here at the training but it is a learning process. While at training I have gone to some places to eat featured on food network! A place called pizalchick! It is pizza place and it was pretty dang good not as good as mellow mushroom if your from NC you know what I am talking about but still good! I also went to Rockies Diner a burger joint and that place had a dang good burger and fry sauce I will tell you what! Living in Idaho we really do not have a real mall but being here for training on the weekends is to ourselves and I drove 10 minutes away and if you know me I don't like to shop but I FOUND A MALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL A REAL 2 STORY MALL!! I was so excited I called my mom to tell her, if you have a good mall love that thing even if you are like me and don't like to shop.. One more thing I drove by the LDS Temple in Boise and took a photo from the highway.

Mr.B sounds good from the times I get to talk to him. He works a lot and he goes to the gym tons. The fire academy is going well. One of his classes at school he does not understand why people are always so misunderstanding of why they don't go by the state laws etc. and what not. Mr.B got his comedy CD back this past week and he will be posting it on youtube shortly! He can not wait to show the world his new stuff. Mr.B has been in contact with a local radio station who saw the comedy show and wants him and a couple of the other acts to be on the radio. He is really excited about it and is ready to get on the air and try some new material. The fire academy has been going well like I stated before, this past week he said that they went over an hour though in class which he was a little upset about as well as I because it cuts back on our time to talk on the phone at night due to quite time hours are 11 pm for training.

Lexy, has a new well we hope to be a new friend! Our neighbors got a puppy!!! He is sooo freaking cute. I have not met the puppy in person or played with the puppy :( but from the photos he looks really cute. His name is spud and Lexy apparently doesn't really like him. She just does not want to play with him like he does her. But I think it just may take her a while to get used to him due to the fact as she is a lone wolf so to speak. From the photos Mr.B sends me Lexy still looks freakin cute to me and I miss them both daily as I am out here. One of the photos below is a blue blanket with indention's, it is a photo Mr.B took of what looks like after he made the bed and Lexy stepped all over it. Mr.B took the photo and said " I think we have a Lexy among us!" made my day.

Would you like fries with that?

It's been another week or a little over a week and I'm getting around to writing in my blog again and the life of the B;s it is my last day off before I go back on my 4 day straight of days for work. I love work and sometimes still hate getting off but then again I love being off. Anyways this time its a little about ketchup, as always the sure fire Lexy, and Mr.B himself will be in here, I will make my own appearance this week wait I always do :) you can't not hear about me. Just maybe if your lucky some more about our friends.



Lets get started on the adventure shall wwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..................


Lexy, Ohh would't it be wonderful to just lay around all day and sleep all day and do nothing? I wonder that myself everyday okay maybe I don't I always feel the need to be doing something. Well Lexy sure does love to just sit around or should I say lay around all day and sleep. Sometimes even snore. This week we have talked about how when she sleeps she does something weird we have noticed that she grinds her teeth like a child or an adult would do at night.. weird huh?? If you are wondering if we ever figured out what she did wrong we did not, so that mystery still goes on. This week Lexy has been really spoiled because I was on the night shift at work she slept in the bed a lot while I was working and then when I was sleeping during the day she would sleep with me all day. Now she whines and whines and whines until she is allowed in the bed for about 10 minutes for just a short time to snuggle before bed then off to sleep in her own bed she goes. She is such a ninja! Lexy this week also got her nails painted just like mine. You ask how? Well I was painting my toes and Mr.B told me to paint hers so I did and she sat there and just waited and when she was all done she jumped around like a deer.




Mrs.B this girl is crazy! Oh wait hey who are you calling crazy?!?! Oh that's me, I guess I can call myself crazy it is okay to do that sometimes. Anyways this week I had a good amount of fun. On one of my days off I went snowboarding with one of my coworkers and we went to Kelly Canyon it was my first time and the slopes were really really choppy so it was fun but the slopes were bad. I made it down some the hills with out falling and started to get the hang of it but by the end of around 3 hours or so our knees could take it anymore. So we decided to call it a day. It was really choppy and a slight bit icy but I would go back. This week off of pintrest I made these muffins that are supposed to be doughnuts but we made them into muffins. No worries I made them because they were healthy and I even made them healthier by subsisting the sugar for applesauce! What where they you ask? Banana chocolate chip muffins! They were and are AMAZING if I do say so myself. Here is the link But if you have the chance you need to make them they are soo good and to me honestly they don't taste to much like bananas.



Mr.B Has been as always working and going to school as well as the fire academy which he actually has tonight. This past week his friend came into town so he got to go hangout with him for the night while I was at work. He loves that guy they pretty much act like high-schoolers who don't grow up but that is them and they will always be like that. I think having a friend like that is a good thing sometimes because sometimes you just need to let lose and have fun like that. Saturday Mr.B as well as I and his friend we will call him Mr.N and Mrs.N went out to this place called SAMMY's for dinner it is a little place in Idaho that has some pretty good burgers and shakes. But if you want a really really good burger go to big judds ( Mrs.B says). Anyways we had a good time and as we are all about to leave Mr.N says to Mr.B what is on your sleeve??? It was all red and dry but all over his sleeve and was later to be found on his pocket too. We figured it was ketchup. So where ever you are sitting clean up after yourself because it was from the people who were sitting next to Mr.B earlier in the evening. Mr.B forgot about that incident later in the week and wore it to school. He texted me and asked "why did I let him wear it to school?". I said " I didn't know". He the responded " you got fries with that?" So all in all if your gonna wear a jacket with ketchup on it you need to have fires in your pocket so you can clean it up... maybe it won't look so bad.



Our friends kid is pretty sweet let me add we get to play with her a lot. Some Sundays I get to hold her during Sunday school etc. Beth and Mike's kid is pretty cute I must say. So Mr.B wears a green lantern ring every Sunday to church and this past Sunday he let her play with it and she grabbed it and put it on her finger like as if she was the green lantern we all tried to get a photo of it and I got one!



Well I know I promised you the link to his comedy video, I lied it is not up yet but at least it keeps you in suspense.... the real reason is that we don't have it yet sorry.

Hockey, Comedy show and Lexy ofcourse

Man ohh man has this week been boring until the end, well it hasn't ended yet I guess but I figured it is close enough and it is Saturday so has is it not a good day for a blog post. Well this post is going to include let's think, maybe I shouldn't think to much my brain might hurt a little.......thinking.... still thinking.... okay got it! Lets get started.Okay maybe after this photo I love of Skyler my niece who is almost 2 now she is so big now this photo is super old but I still love it!




Instead of starting with me this time lets start of with Mr.B this week. I bet you didn't see that one coming. I switched it up on you didn't I?!?! Well this past week he didn't go on any fire calls he has been to busy with school and work. He also has been to busy with the comedy club at school which he really enjoys going to. He even had a show this weekend! He preformed with the club at school before our hockey game. He did really well it was his second time preforming once we get the CD I will put it on YOUTUBE and I will have the link on here for all of my 2 readers or maybe more to go and watch his comedy act. So I know your suspense is killing you it would be killing me if I were you! Me and Beth our neighbor went to the show and there were no more seats and even though I told them I was Mr.B's wife they didn't let me even stand in the back to watch him perform..... whats up with that?!?!? Who does that! WHO!!!!!????? Well I will tell you who BYU-I is who.... Any who luckily one of Mr.B's really good friends Logan from back home saw me standing at the door before they shut the door and told them that me and Beth could have their seats. Beth and I are so grateful for him and his wife for doing that for us. I mean Dan and I owe them dinner that's how happy and grateful we are that they did that. Well Mr.B and I went to the temple about two weeks ago with our neighbors Mike and Beth, then went to Gringo's a Mexican restaurant here in Rexburg,Id it was awful don't go there bad service, bad food and just don't go there we all agree don't go there. Just throwing that out there random I know but that's what this is random.




Mrs.B that's ME! Well this week for me, Mr.B and I had a Floor Hockey tournament and we won our first game 18-6. Mr.B wasn't able to show up for the tournament due to work and the comedy show. Well anyways we had our second game today (Saturday) it was intense the team was a bunch of cry babies. They complained about everything. There were even some times that they were slashing and shoving. With this league it is call your own fouls. So they didn't call one of the goals that clearly went in, the goalie swiped it back from the line and back into play! Then one player shoved me to the ground and I of course didn't call anything but their player of course had to say something like "gosh calm down" etc. all in all they complained a lot! I will end the rant on the game with one more thing. 14 sec. left in the game we take a shot on goal the goalie makes a save and their goalie covers it for 10 sec. stands up clearly looks at it so its in play (because we don't go into face off we go back into play from there) and so I waited and shot it from there and it went in! We all called it goal. Their entire team called it no good except their goalie. Later on their goalie said he didn't say anything but it should have been over time and he agreed it should have been over time but his team is cry babies.... Ohh wonderful wonderful..... Well anyways my week besides that. I run a little over 3 miles every day except Fridays is my slow day and Saturday is my long run day. I beat my little over 3 mile time this week! I was happy about that. I got put on a new crew at work, not to sure what I think about it yet. Some people think that I have to much energy at work and can not handle it, so I don't know what to do about that. Well that's all for me. Lexy, she is okay this week. She did something bad but we don't know what she did. Mr.B came home one time this week and said that she wouldn't come over and say hi to him like she always does to both of us. That is a sign that she has done something wrong. Mr.B searched the house found nothing. I came home later did the same found nothing. We both concluded that she peed on her bed blanket. So we need to figure out something if we are both gone for a long period of time at work and or school to help that not happen. Lexy is funny when she sleeps if you pull on her leg she growls a lot and is ready to bite you but never will. When she sneezes she makes this faces where she closes one eye and has the other one open with her lip up and sticks her nose in the air then shoves it down to the ground, it's funny.



Well,sorry nothing funny happened this week maybe next week will be funny when I hopefully will have the link up for Mr.B's YOUTUBE video. And maybe we will serve the snow who knows?????

Valentines Day and other stuff too

Well it's that time of the day the day were you come and read my rants of rants. About my life and the life of Lexy and Mr.B well in the view of my eyes at least. So this weeks highlights are going to include Valentines Day and heart attack car (not an actual heart attack once you read you will know what it means).

Well lets start this off with what happened with Mrs.B this week. well I am not gonna lie to you this week was rather boring for me. I worked a lot this week I was on night shift which is 7 pm til 7 am in the morning and on my last night shift I had the worst time staying awake of all things it was around 2 in the morning when I started to struggle to stay awake if any of my readers have any suggestions on staying awake please let me know. I have tried soda and eating which I hate doing both of those and 12 hour energy drinks do not work for me they actually make things worse for me. This week I am preparing for training for work and I have to do some homework that is up to 12 hours in some online style homework it is long drawn out work and it has study guides to it. But they are fake study guides!!! Well they are not fake, I shouldn't jump to conclusions but I like to in this case. The reason why I say this is because it says they are available on this said website were I go to this website and they are no were to be found. HOW LAME!!!! Mr.B got me a Kitchen-aid that is a cool purple blue color it is called cobalt blue but i like to call it blurpule hahah. I have already used it twice or maybe more sense getting it only about 2 days ago and I love it. Also I finally got my boots from grandma for my birthday!



Mr.B well heart attack I told you I would explain. Over valentines day I heart attacked Mr.B's car with balloons on the inside and then I cut paper hearts and put them all over his car while he was at work before I went to the doctors that day. Then earlier that day I put sticky notes in the shape of a heart all over the mirror in our apartment with something written on each one of them about why I love him. Sometimes I feel Valentines Day is always about the women but this year I thought even though I am not a fan of Valentines day I would show Mr.B how much I love him. Back to Mr.B.... well his week again involved a lot of school and work. This week he went to two fire calls this week. One involved a Moose even! So all he has to say about that one is watch out for those loose Moose on the road! He works hard its crazy I work a lot myself but I am glad that I don't come home and feel the need to pass out on the couch. If your reading this and it seems more ranting then normal sorry I am not with it today haha. Mr.B and I had a floor hockey game this past week and he and I both scored in the game and we won as well 11-6. We are on a team with a friend of his from back home named Logan his teams name is called the Manatees! We are in the tournament next week but next week Mr.B also has his comedy show so we are going to have a little conflict as well.



Lexy, is well but lately she has been soo crazy. What do I mean by that well today she we decided that after we came home from church that we would take a nap. She is such a good snuggler but not today! She kept dutch-ovening us. If you don't know what that is, you don't wanna know what it is. Man does she have a problem with it! Anyways onto her week of sleeping and being lazy.... Lexy has been being kinda sneaky lately. Some people in our apartment complex like to leave food around on the ground by the dumpster and she like to be sneaky and when going to the dumpster eat it. YUCK!!!! So lately she has been in a little bit more time out then normal.



Well, this week hasn't been super exciting and I'm sorry you had to read through this boring blog this week but hey maybe next week will be a little better. And it would be nice if girl scout cookies could be found out here somewhere!!!!!!!!! I mean anywhere!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!!!!! GIRL SCOUT COOKIES!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!!!? I MISS YOU~~~~~~~~~~~~

Birthday Week Full of Surprises!

Welcome back to the wonderful world of the Buzzy B's!!! I can't believe that you came back to this crazy blog.... well sense your back you might as well read in on the blog of blogs. This weeks highlights include my birthday, Mr.B as always in all his awesome and Lexy in all her laziness. I guess I should probably get started shouldn't I?

ME ME ME ME Mrs.B here I had a great birthday week full of fun and work at the same time. So what happened on my birthday??!?!?! Lots of things the best thing that happened on my birthday was I... wait for it wait for it.... I had to work!! I had to work night shift the night before so I got off at 7 am the day of my birthday and I slept till around 1 pm were I woke up to an empty apartment. Were was Mr.B this entire time? Mr.B had to go to the fire academy and go to school that day so he couldn't help it. But there were things that he did until the Friday to make the day extra special. For instance we decided to celebrate my birthday on Friday so that I was off from work and he had no work or school so that it was just us. On the day of my birthday he knew that he couldn't spend a lot of time with me so he sent me a birthday card and got me some M&M pretzels! Which I loved them both. I couldn't wait for my birthday on "Friday" even though it really had already passed. Friday came along and I couldn't wait to see what was in store for my birthday celebration that night!!! It was about 4:30 pm and Dan told me I had to go to Beth's place and wait till he was ready for me. About two hours later he called me over and I went inside and I find a fort built in the apartment with my birthday gift of a double sleeping bag for me because I want to go camping a lot this summer. It was all camping theme I got a lantern from our friends Beth and Mike. He made foil dinners and apple cobbler because I pretty much love anything apple. He also put glow in the dark stars on the wall so it was like we were out in the stars at night. My mom sent me a birthday package with fun things inside like headphone earmuffs they are pretty sweet. I got some new cookbooks from my mother-in-law and then money for new boots from my grandparents. I ordered my new boots and will post them next week :). Work was not to bad this week we got some new people at work and let some older people go from work. We had some good food there this week too. We moved some people from one building to another so that was interesting.


The Flowers and Fort Dan (Mr.B) got me/ made me for my birthday :)

Mr.B besides making my birthday pretty dang epic he is doing well. I think he burns himself out sometimes but I know he is doing his best to stay on his toes and make me happy. He has a cough that won't go away right now. Mr.B has fire academy this week twice and he is loving it. He got his pager about a week ago and he has to keep it on him 24/7 and on all the time. One time he had it on because he is supposed and it went off at 3 am in the morning! It killed us both that early! It took us both a little bit to go back to sleep. Mr.B wasn't able to go back to sleep till about 6 am and he had to wake up at 7 am that morning. Mr.B has been busy studying away for school left and right and it shows. He has been attending this comedy club at school for a while and he really likes it. Mr.B is really funny. He always makes me laugh as well as our friends and others. He is soon going to be in a show for the school and he has been working on his routine soon. I can't wait to hear his jokes he always makes me laugh so I know it will be funny. I'm trying not to hear any of his jokes for the show so that I can laugh extra hard when I go to his show. Even though I know if I heard them now I would laugh at them both times. Mr.B and I are going to try some new healthy products soon and I hope they work for us both. Mr.B has lost about 20 pounds now and it is crazy how good his looks when he finishes his diet I will show and before and after photo.

Lexy is doing well as always.... I love that dog. She is always sleeping and being so sneaky around the house. She doesn't bark very often but today she barked and I had to spank her for it. When she gets in trouble we don't give her any attention and so while she was in trouble Mr.B says can we speak and play with her now? I said no hahah so funny when she is in trouble how much more you want to play with her. During this past week when Mr.B and I went out grocery shopping we saw a sale of dog toys for 94 cents. Mr.B says look! Do you want to get one? I said sure... so we got her an orange and blue rope. Lexy has had a rope with two tennis balls on it before but didn't touch much and right now we don't know were it went. So when we got home we gave it too her. She loves it. She loves to play with Mr.B and I with it. I would say it is her second favorite toy where her favorite one is her Perry the Platypus stuffed toy. She is a great dog when your down in the dumps she always snuggles up to you and takes naps with you and hangs out with you. I love this dog!
